1.Turn-off EkoPhone 4.20
2.Hold and Press Volume up Together
3.When the boot Menu Shown Select Recovery and Press Power Button to go to Android System recovery
4.Use Volume Down to select wipe data/factory reset,Click Volume up to confirm or enter
5.Select Yes-delete all user data,Wait until It's done
6.Reboot System Now
7.You can now use EkoPhone 4.20 back to normal
